Milla’s Fizz was founded in 2023 by Camilla, who grew up in Norway. Her journey began when she moved to Hong Kong, driven by a passion to explore prebiotics and probiotics amid concerns over unhealthy eating habits. What started as a hobby quickly evolved into a dedicated pursuit of fermentation, experimenting with various cultures.

After years of research, the Ginger Beer Plant stood out for its unique flavor and digestive benefits.

In early 2024, Lara, a Food & Nutrition major from The University of Hong Kong, joined to bring scientific expertise to the team, strengthening Milla’s Fizz’s commitment to natural health and quality.
