Our products are naturally fermented probiotic beverages.

As our drinks are made using live cultures and natural fermentation:

• Each batch may vary slightly in flavour, colour, carbonation and appearance.
• Natural sediment is normal.
• The beverages continue to ferment slowly over time.
• Bottles should be kept refrigerated at all times unless otherwise stated.
• Do not shake before opening.

These natural variations are part of the product and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing and availability are accurate.

Colours displayed on different screens may vary slightly from the actual product.

Our beverages are perishable products containing live cultures.

Customers should refrigerate products immediately upon delivery.

We are not responsible for deterioration resulting from:

• Failure to refrigerate after delivery
• Incorrect storage
• Products left unattended after delivery
• Delayed collection arranged by the customer

10. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photographs where applicable
